Day 01: Yangon Arrival

Our tour guide will meet with a very warm welcome when you arrive at Yangon International Airport.

Transfer to hotel. The tour sightseeing starts for visit to the old colonial-style city center with city hall, Mahabandoola Park with Independence Monument, Pansodan Street and and Yangon Jetty by Car. Then continue to visit Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market, (close on every Monday & Public holiday) and famous of its shops of souvenir, handicrafts, luxury item, foot wares, clothing, jewelary, food stuff and paintings.

In the afternoon, the tour continues to visit Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha and continue visit to Karaweik Hall (Royal barge) on the Royal lake and Kandawgyi Park to relax and for to take photo.

And the last tour visit for today is world famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Witness the golden dome light up sunshine before sunset. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 02: Yangon – Kyaikhtiyo

After breakfast at hotel, our tour guide will pick you up at hotel for trip to Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda known as “Golden Rock”. Direct drive to basecamp and then takes an open public truck up to the top of mountain around one hour. You can feel the truck is driving within monsoon forest with mountain ranges. Then, walk around 20 minutes to our destination, along the road, both side have many shops and restaurants. When arrive the main pilgrimage site, can see the scared boulder covered by gold leaves is balance precariously on the very edge of cliff, 3000 ft above sea level and enjoy sunset from this unforgettable site. The 9000-candle lighting festival held twice a year of the Golden Rock Pagoda are popular among the events in Myanmar. Overnight at hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.

Day 03: Kyaithtiyo – Bago – Yangon

After breakfast at hotel, our tour starts leading to Bago, 16th century capital. On the way, a few minutes stop of War Cemetery for photo shot. When we arrives Bago, first we visit Kyaik Khat Wain Monastery, for to see the monk’s life in monastery and lunch process together. Then, visit Shwe Tha Lyaung Reclining Buddha, 55 meters long, Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda, 28 meter high huge image, Kyaikpun Pagoda and continue visit to Kanbawzathardi Golden Palace of King Bayinnaung, can see the replica palace with original teak posts.

At late afternoon, return to Yangon and overnight in Yangon.

Day 04: Yangon – Bagan

Early in the morning, take domestic flight to Bagan, one of Asia’s most popular archeological destinations.  After arrive Bagan airport, start to visit colorful Nyaung U market, and some of Bagan most famous pagodas and temples, including Shwezigon Pagoda, even King Anawyahta built first pagoda in Bagan in the 11th century but the most beautiful pagoda among 2200 pagodas in Bagan. Then, visit Htilominlo Temple and Gubaukgyi (Wet Kyi Inn) Temple, it is a 13th century cave temple with interesting fine frescoes of sconces from the Jataka.

In the afternoon, continue to visit Lacquer ware home cottage, to study how to create the traditional method of generation by generation. After that, explore more pagodas around Bagan, Ananda Temple, the most finest one in Bagan and famous of masterpiece of wooden standing Buddha images of 12th century.  And continue to see the highest Thetbyinnyu Temple, the most massive Dhamayangyi Temple, famous of its interlocking mortar thickest brickwork. Late afternoon, relax and enjoy sunset in Bagan with beautiful scenery. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 05: Bagan – Kyun Thiri Village

After breakfast, transfer to jetty to cross the Ayeyarwaddy River by boat about 30 minutes. Today sightseeing is to visit Kyun Thiri village, one of the islands in Ayeyarwaddy River, When we walk along the village, we have chance to chat with villagers, spend our time to visit their houses and study their unique agricultural way of life in rice paddy field. Then, visit to beautiful old wooden monastery of 120 years. And return back.

In the afternoon, we have chance to take the traditional horse-drawn carriage, visit within many ruined spotted temples and beautiful acacia and neem trees. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 06: Bagan – Mandalay – Amarapura – Ava – Sagaing

After breakfast at hotel, fly to Mandalay. After arrived Mandalay, drive direct to Amarapura for visit U Bein Bridge, world famous teak wood bridge more than two centuries and 1.2 km long at Taungthaman Lake, Mahagandayon Monastery, to study of the school of the monks and observe the lunch process in the morning and traditional silk weaving workshop in Amarapura.

And continue to visit, drive to jetty and across the small river by boat to visit Ava (Innwa), it is located on an island between Ayeyarwaddy and Myitnge Rivers. Ava is one of the ancient capital before Mandalay. The tour in Ava visit by horse cart include Bagaya Monastery, typical monastery built by King with big teak columns, Yadana Hsimi Pagoda and Me Nu Oak-Kyaung (Maha Aung Mye Bon San Monastery), well known by its brick work, built in 1822,

Next, proceed to Sagaing Hill by car, the hilltops, each crested with a pagoda, the banners proclaiming the monasteries and nunneries as school and meditation center. We will visit U Min Thonze (means Thirty Caves Pagoda), lined 45 Buddha statues inside curving from the rock. Then continue to visit Soon Oo Pon Nya Shin Pagoda, the most impressive one in Sagaing hill and the best place for to see panoramic. We can feel unforgettable sunset with panoramic view. Then, driving to Mandalay and hotel check in. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 07: Mandalay – Mingun

After breakfast, transfer to jetty to take a private boat for a cruise over the Ayeyarwaddy River towards the Mingun village, famous of huge unfinished pagoda and second biggest bell in the world. First, we will visit Mingun Pahtodawgyi, unfinished pagoda ruined by earthquake. Then, continue to see World’s secound largest uncracked ringing Mingun bell. After that, strolling along the road, gazing souvenir shops and galleries of local artists. Visit Mya Thein Tan Pagoda (white Hsinbyume Pagoda), not only beautiful white pagoda also can see panorama. The boat floating down to Mandalay.

In the afternoon, we will visit Mandalay including Mahamuni Pagoda, the most impressive Buddha image in Myanmar with beautiful building, Gold leaf beating workshop, Royal Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw “Golden Palace Monastery” to observe finest Myanmar wooden architecture, Kuthodaw Pagoda by surrounding 729 inscribed marble slabs, known as “the world’s largest book”, and enjoy sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 08:Mandalay – Kalaw

After breakfast at hotel, drive by road to Kalaw about 5 hrs within mountain. The beautiful mountain scenery never fails to astonish. Kalaw is a beautiful hill station since British Colonial period and it is cool year-round. There are many hiking trails amid gnarled pines and bamboo groves. One of the tribes, Palaung Village is famous of stayed still their traditional style. Many other tribes live around hill and valley and cultivate cheroot, tea, damsons and others seasonal crops.Overnight in Kalaw hotel with fresh air.

Day 09: Kalaw – Pindaya – Inle Lake

After breakfast at hotel, drive to the hills and across the Shan Plateau to visit Pindaya Cave, natural limestone cave. On the way, you can see and feel the fabulous picturesque of colorful plantation. When we arrived Pindaya, we will visit Pindaya cave and Shwe U Min Pagoda, which is full of Buddha images over 8000. Then, visit local handicraft workshop where they produce Shan paper and making traditional umbrella. You have a chance to study how local people stand with nature. Late afternoon, take a fresh breath and photo stop for beautiful big banyan trees at the base of the Pindaya Hill. Then, continue to hotel and overnight.

Day 10: Inle Lake

After breakfast, morning visit one of the 5 Days rotation market (only on market day) and sightseeing for magical Inle Lake, which is located 1328 meters above sea level and 22 km long and 11 km wide. Highlights include the fisherman rowing in the one-legged style characteristic of Inle Lake boatmen and the gardens of grass and earth floating on the surface of this shallow lake used for growing vegetables. Besides the enjoyment of the scenery we can also visit the holiest religious site Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, Silk Weaving Village of Inphawkhon, Burmese Cats House, Cheroot making and other cottage industries. Then, visit to Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery, a beautiful old teak wood building before transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Heho – Yangon

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Heho airport for domestic flight back to Yangon. Arrival at Yangon, connect to Yangon international airport for your departure flight.
