Getting to know Smart Asia Travel from the internet search or friends’ recommendation and feeling a little overwhelmed, don’t know where to start? Here are our helpful steps that guide you to proceed your travel booking and to enjoy working with us.
Step 1. Get to know us and sending your request
In each tour you are browsing, there will be a “Book Now” button and after your click, a booking form will come up and just simply fill your information in, the more, the better. You can also click on “Contact Us” to send us quick comment after fill in the required email so that our team can get back. Other than that chat with our expert or sending a direct email to sales@smartasiatravel.com or click on “ Customize “ button.
Step 2. Let us know what you want & what you are looking for
We will never offer you a product, a travel package if we don’t get to know you and your desire. Let share with our travel expert all your wish-list, what you are really keen on doing along with your trip. The travel consultant is genuinely interested in getting to know you to ensure that we are tailoring the trip your way, in every detail.
Step 3. Receive your drafted itinerary and approximate quote
Wrap up from your preliminary sharing/request, in combination with the expertise and industry knowledge, the travel consultant will get back to you with a drafted proposal and approximate cost so you can have a clearer idea of your trip for further customization & perfection. We have made it a rule to do this step in between 12 – 24 hours and to reply the client soonest possible
Step 4. Refine your travel itinerary
We understand that people’s schedules, ideas, and preferences change constantly. This is where we sit down and really fine-tune your itinerary in line with the up-to-date changes so that the final result is exactly what you want. This step varies from client to clients, some take a few days, others take a few months depending on how far in advance and our team is always available at your request. End of this step is when we can offer you the final agreed itinerary & final quote
Step 5. Please-Go-Ahead
Once you’re happy with the plan and say Yes to book, we require a 20% deposit and a completion of “client’s information” sent via email. Upon receiving both of these we will confirm all reservations included in your itinerary. If you are traveling in less than 45 days prior to the departure date, full payment will be required.
Step 6. Being friend and exchange pre-trip talks
Many a case, our clients becoming friend with the travel consultant due to heaps of email exchanged before the trip is booked. We know that even after your holiday is booked, you’re likely to have further questions or request to add an activity, make a restaurant reservation, or just have a chat about your upcoming trip. We take pride in being your friend and happy to do anything help to make a friend’s trip memorable.
Step 7. Receive your Final Travel Documents
Upon completing your full payment, you will receive your travel documents, which will contain day-by-day activity of your upcoming trip presented in PDF file that you can easily print it out and bring it along the trip. Our travel consultant also sending you some trip notes or “before you go” suggestions which are very helpful to the destination you travel to
Step 8. Welcome on board our destinations
We made all your trip automatically double checked 48 hours to make sure all is in order prior to your arrival. Along the trip, the travel consultant, in combination with the ground team of tour guide & the driver is always at your disposal besides the agreed itinerary. The travel consultant will call or text you every 2 or 3 days just to make sure you are well and enjoying the trip in every way. It has been our culture and mission to make sure you come as a client and leave as a friend, a true friend.
