Day 1

Yangon Arrival

Our tour guide will meet with a very warm welcome when you arrive at Yangon International Airport. Transfer to hotel for check in and leisure. In the evening, visit for today is world famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Witness the golden dome light up sunshine before sunset. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2

Yangon Sightseeing

Today, morning visit the old colonial-style city center with city hall, Mahabandoola Park with Independence Monument, National Museum (close on every Monday & Public holiday), which splendid five-storey building. You can look forward to the reality of Myanmar. The culture of eight nationality, races, priceless ancient artifacts, the evolution of Myanmar script and alphabet, the evolution of paintings, royal regalia, the original lion throne from Yatanabon Period, prehistoric and historic memorabilia are display in 14 halls.

In the afternoon, the tour continue to visit Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market, (close on every Monday & Public holiday) and famous of its shops of souvenir, handicrafts, luxury item, foot wares, clothing, jewelary, food stuff and paintings. We will then visit Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha.

Enjoy an evening Int’l buffet dinner with an amazing culture show at Karaweik Royal Floating Brage. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 3

Yangon – Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) by car about 4hrs

After breakfast at hotel, our tour guide will pick you up at hotel for trip to Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda known as “Golden Rock”. Direct drive to basecamp and then take an open public truck up to the top of mountain around one hour. You can feel the truck is driving within monsoon forest with mountain ranges. Then, walk around 20 minutes to our destination, along the road, both side have many shops and restaurants. When arrive the main pilgrimage site, can see the scared boulder covered by gold leaves is balance precariously on the very edge of cliff, 3000 ft above sea level and enjoy sunset from this unforgettable site. The 9000 candle lighting festival held twice a year of the Golden Rock Pagoda are popular among the events in Myanmar. Overnight at hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.

Day 4

Kyaikhtiyo – Hpa-An by car about 2hrs

After breakfast at hotel, drive down the mountain and continue trip to Hpa-an, capital of Kayin state. Hpa an is located on the bank of Thanlwin river. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery of limestone cliffs, cave with hot spring, scared mountains, cloud-scraping islands. Hpa an is absolutely stunning in its environs. First, we will visit Bayintnyi Cave with hot spring, and Kawkon Cave – natural lime stone cave that the rock surface is profusely decorated with different kinds of clay Buddha images and votive tablets, and it can be datable to 15th century A.D. Hanthawaddy period.

In the afternoon, tour continue to visit Saddan Cave, one of the big natural cave, can be crossed during a 20 minutes walk through a long dark tunnel (with electric light) till you find an exit of natural paradise. From the exit, take a small canoe ride passing under the stone cave and through endless rice paddy fields and rocks surrounded by natural landscape make unforgettable moment for you. Then, going back to Hpa an, enjoy sunset and leisure at scenic riverside Shwe Yin Myaw Pagoda. Overnight in Hpa an.

Today, you will have free day for leisure. Overnight at hotel in Hpa an.

Day 6

Biking In Hpa An – Mawlamyine by car about 2hrs

After breakfast at hotel, enjoy morning breathtaking scenery sunrise and bike in fresh vegetables from the countryside and sit at local tea shop for a while. Then, back to hotel and continue drive to Mawlamyine. On the way, visit to Kyauk Kalap Pagoda was built on top of a tall and thin limestone rock formation in the middle of a small, artificial lake with its background of Mt.Zwekabin, national landmark of Kayin state. Then, continue to visit U Nar Auk Monastery, which fantastic reliefs displaying the history of Buddha life.

In the afternoon, arrive Mawlamyine, capital of Mon State and famous of port to export teak and muttabin Jar in colonial period. Check in hotel.

After relax a few minutes, visit to the famous market, mosque and church for to take photos. Then, continue visit Win Sein Tawya, biggest reclining Buddha and overnight at hotel in Mawlamyine.

Day 7

Bilu Island – Shampoo Island – Mawlamyine by boat

After breakfast at hotel, take a boat trip to Bilu Island, which is comprises 78 villages that are home to more than 200,000 people live. Walk through the village where we can observe the way of life, rice paddies, rubber plantations and maintains a remarkable range of traditional cottage industries.

And then, proceed to visit Shamppo Island (Gaung Se Kyun), one of the religious places like hair washing ceremonies were performed on the tiny rock outcrop. Return to Mawlamyine. Make a stop at U Zina Pagoda, for the panoramic sunset view. Overnight at hotel in Mawlamyine.

Day 8

Mawlamyine – Bago – Yangon by car about 6hrs

After breakfast at hotel, driving around 3 ½ hrs to Bago, 16th century capital for visit Kyaikpun Pagoda, four faces sitting Buddha images and Kanbawzathardi Golden Palace of King Bayinnaung, can see the replica palace with original teak posts. We will then proceed to Yangon around 2 hrs and overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 9

Yangon – Bagan by flight

Early in the morning, take domestic flight to Bagan, one of Asia’s most popular archeological destinations. After arrive Bagan airport, start to visit colorful Nyaung U market, and some of Bagan most famous pagodas and temples, including Shwezigon Pagoda. Then visit Htilominlo Temple and Gubaukgyi (Wet Kyi Inn) Temple.

In the afternoon, continue to visit Lacquer ware home cottage, explore more pagodas including Ananda Temple, Thetbyinnyu Temple, and Dhamayangyi Temple. Late afternoon, relax and enjoy sunset in Bagan. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 10

Sunrise Balloon Tour

Early in the morning, the tour start for surprise discover day to see the ancient city of Bagan form above. Clients enjoy a magnificent bird’s eye view of thousand year-old pagodas, temples and the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River with “BALLOONS fly over Bagan”.

In the afternoon, we have chance to take the traditional horse-drawn carriage, visit within many ruined spotted temples and beautiful acacia and neem trees. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 11

Bagan – Cruising to Mandalay

Cruise embarkation at 11.30 hrs at Bagan Aye Yar jetty. Welcome Cocktail in the Saloon.

Cast-off time is at 12 noon. Lunch served at 13.00.

In the late afternoon stop in a typical river village. Overnight on Cruise.

Day 12

Cruising to Mandalay

Cruise all day with stop enroute in the morning to visit Yandabo village known for pot-making. Moor overnight near a village few miles away from Ava Bridge. Overnight on Cruise.

Day 13

Mandalay – Amarapura – Mandalay

After breakfast disembark and visit Amarapura including Mahagandayon Monastery and U Bein Bridge.

Afternoon Mandalay sightseeing including Mahamuni Pagoda, Mandalay Palace, Kuthodaw Pagoda, Shwenandaw Golden Palace Monastery, Atumashi Monastery and sunset from Mandalay Hill.

Day 14

Mandalay – Pyin Oo Lwin

Drive to Pyin Oo Lwin. Visit Maha Ant Htoo Kan Thar Pagoda, Pwe Kauk Water Falls and Kandawgyi Botanical Garden. Optional visit Peik Chin Myaung cave.

Day 15

Soft Trek to Dattaw Gyaint Waterfall

45 minutes soft trek to Dat Taw Gyaint Waterfall with beautiful natural pools. Return to hotel for leisure.

Pyin Oo Lwin – Heho – Pindaya – Inle Lake

Fly to Heho. Visit Pindaya Cave and Shwe U Min Pagoda with over 8000 Buddha images. Visit Shan paper and umbrella workshop. Transfer to hotel.

Day 17

Inle Lake Sightseeing

Boat tour on Inle Lake visiting floating gardens, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, weaving villages, cheroot making and local workshops. Visit Nga Phe Chaung Monastery before returning to hotel.

Inle – Yangon – Departure
